The Alumni Program is the ongoing side of IME Discovery, built around two streams, so you can choose the level of support that actually fits where you're at right now. Both run for a year. Below is everything included in each, so you can see exactly what you'd be joining before you decide.

CIRCLE MEMBERSHIP (Full )

If you're newly qualified, still training, or still weighing up whether this work is for you, Community Member keeps you connected and learning without asking you to commit to group sessions you might not use yet.
Payment
Both streams can be paid upfront in full, or spread across four quarterly instalments.
Every membership runs for a minimum 12 months, whether paid upfront or by instalment. From month 13, it continues on a simple rolling quarterly basis.

What happens once you join
You'll get access to your member portal, an invitation to the Alumni WhatsApp community, and the full year ahead so you can see exactly what's coming and when. Circle Members also get their Peer Review Group details and discount codes as events are released.
A few standalone extras
Report Review, a Mentoring Session, and a Practice and Fee Structure Review, become available to book once you're a member, on top of either stream.
Calendar
The IME Discovery Library grows alongside this, refreshed regularly with new guides and case studies for every member.
Alumni Program T&Cs
Membership term
Every membership opens with a minimum 12-month commitment, whether it’s paid upfront or across four quarterly instalments — instalments spread the payment, they don’t shorten the term. All four quarters are owed regardless of how much of the program a member actually uses in that time.
From month 13, membership shifts onto a rolling quarterly basis. A member can give notice to cancel at the end of any quarter from that point on, with at least 30 days’ notice before the next quarter begins. Without that notice, membership continues automatically and the next quarter is payable as usual.
Payment terms
Members pay upfront in full at the start of their term, or across four quarterly instalments (rates per Section 2). Instalments are charged to a card held on file.
If a quarterly instalment fails — insufficient funds, an expired card, a declined transaction — a reminder is sent and the payment is retried after 3 business days. If it fails a second time, a $25 failed payment fee applies, and access to Peer Review Groups, In-Person Catch-Ups and the Conference discount is paused until the outstanding amount is settled. Webinar and Library access stay live through this window, so a payment hiccup doesn’t sever someone from the community entirely, but if the balance is still outstanding after 14 days, full membership access is suspended until it’s brought up to date. Members can update their card details at any time by contacting the practice.
Peer Review Groups, what’s expected
Bring genuine, de-identified cases, and treat the group with the same confidentiality and professional courtesy expected in any peer setting. Don’t record a session, don’t share notes, screenshots or case material from one outside the group, and don’t use the group to solicit business or promote unrelated services to other members. A case that could still identify the examinee, the instructing party or the matter, even without a name attached, shouldn’t be brought to the group.
The WhatsApp community, what’s expected
It’s there for genuine professional connection, questions and support between sessions. It’s not for advertising or promoting services unrelated to this work, and the same confidentiality expectations apply, so no case detail, even de-identified, given the group is less controlled than a facilitated Peer Review session. The practice can remove a member from the community for conduct inconsistent with these terms without that affecting the rest of their membership.
In-Person Catch-Ups
Attendance isn’t guaranteed by membership — venue capacity applies, first in first served. Travel and accommodation to reach one are the member’s own responsibility. Dates and cities are indicative and may change with reasonable notice.
Conference and additional events discount
Applies personally to the member, isn’t transferable, can’t be combined with other offers, and is subject to availability.
Cancellation and refunds
No refund applies once signed up for the 12 month program. Cancelling mid-quarter/year isn’t possible, membership simply runs until the end of the year, and after the minimum 12-month term, cancellation needs the 30 days’ notice above to stop the next quarter being charged.
Not supervision, not accreditation
Membership, including anything discussed or reviewed in a Peer Review Group, doesn’t constitute clinical supervision, formal endorsement, or a guarantee of medicolegal work, and doesn’t confer formal RANZCP accreditation. Any certificate issued is a certificate of participation.
Conduct
The practice can end a membership at any time, without refund, for conduct that breaches these terms, general professional standards, or the Expert Witness Code of Conduct.
Changes to the program
Webinar dates, Peer Review Group focus, facilitators or In-Person Catch-Up locations may vary with reasonable notice.
