What happens across three days

Day 1 — The Theory
The foundations of medicolegal practice. IME essentials, civil claims accreditation, report writing, indemnity, and how to build a practice that works for the long term. Capped at 12 places.

Day 2 — The Practice
The commercial realities of IME work. Referral development, fee-setting, diary management, and a live interactive session with a legal professional on what referrers actually need from an IME.

Day 3 — The Immersion
A full live mock psychiatric assessment, conducted with a professional actor and observed in real time. Assessment debrief, targeted report writing from plaintiff and defendant perspectives, and a PIRS assessment with feedback.
